This orchestra is the youngest orchestra in the history of music- its participants are between 8 and 16 years.
For the first time it was presented to wide public by the Fund Forum on 6th of May 2005 in Tashkent. The orchestra exists for more than half a century under the republican musical academic lyceum named after Uspenskiy in Tashkent.
The support of the Fund enables the orchestra and its solo performers to participate in the international contests, festivals, concert programs. In 2007 the orchestra performed in Moscow under the guidance of Vladimir Spivakov.
