Noncommercial nongovernmental public organization to social support of women and family by: creating facilities for professional and self realization of women and children, for their healthy communication and meaningful leisure; carrying out projects for the spiritual and intellectual development of a raising generation; accumulation of the NGO efforts for socially significant projects in the country.
