December 2007 - present. – Public association Authors and Performers Guild of Uzbekistan
This is the first non-governmental organization on management of authors right of property and other legal owners on the collective basis, created and controlled directly by legal owners - authors, composers, performers.
The basic direction of the organizations activity is gathering and award distribution to the authors, executors and other legal owners by means of revealing the use of musical compositions when the realization of their rights on an individual base is actually impossible, in particular through public performance of musical compositions on TV and radio, or via distribution in the Internet etc.
The Guild signs license contracts on the use of promulgated musical compositions with different users categories: content - providers, radio stations, TV - channels. Except for gathering and award distribution the Guild carries out specialized actions directed to stimulation and development of creative activity. In particular, since 2006 it has been a co-founder of the annual "M&TVA" award in the field of music, art and video-art.
The Guild has signed the agreements on mutual representation of interests with the Ukrainian music alliance Enterprises Association and the Russian right holders union Society on collective related rights management All-Russian public organization.
