The special project, elaborated by students and schoolchildren has been carried out since 2007 within the framework of the Public Association Jenskoe Sobranie (Womens Assembly) and YIC Kelajak Ovozi. This project aims at increasing the intellectual potential of school age children, imparting the modern school to work together for a common collective idea, as well as to strengthen the physical health of children.
During the marathon children create play stations on the school territory, where only children can play and participate.
Specially designed point system assumes that each class can get a certain number of points for the ideas, energy and cohesiveness. Each participant receives awards. Collected money within the framework of the action is sent to the fund of the school.
Since 2009 the «Spring Marathon» has taken place not only in secondary schools, but also in kindergartens. The Project geography is expanded: Tashkent and other cities of the country. One of the main themes of the activities in 2009 is Rule of the road.
