In March 2008, a public association “Women`s Council” held an action with a symbolic name «Tumor» (uzb. “tumor” - amulet, mascot).
The action included the placing of the «Wish tree» in large supermarkets and parks of Tashkent. Anyone could attach a paper with the wishes of love and happiness, the request for the health of parents, children and relatives, as well as gratitude for the already executed dreams and make a charity donation.
