From May 9 to May 12 the Fund Forum, Mehr Nuri charitable organization and the Women`s Council will be honoring 200 war veterans in Tashkent by giving them presents on behalf of the initiator of this charitable campaign Gulnara Karimova on the occasion of May 9, Remembrance and Honor Day.
The charitable campaign is held annually on May 9 by the Fund Forum, the Women`s Council and Mehr Nuri – organizations headed by Gulnara Karimova – which honor the veterans of war, people who fought for peace and freedom, showed courage and dedication, and survived the scourge of war.
Every year volunteers affiliated with the above-mentioned organizations visit the veterans residing in Tashkent districts to honor them with attention and presents and to recognize their priceless contributions to the great victory.
